Do not rely on Clivora without review – the automatic transcript may contain errors or mishearings.
In noisy environments or with distant speech, the risk of mishearing is higher; review the output with extra care.
Make sure the correct patient's form is active before pasting the report. For data-protection reasons, Clivora does not store the active patient's identifying data, so it always pastes only into the form currently open on the computer.
Clivora does not alert on clinical emergencies and does not provide decision support.
